Directions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and saute for about 4 to 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Add mixed vegetables and tomatoes, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.

I tried this recipe because I am just learning how to cook. It was easy but came out bland. The packaged vegetables do not mix well with the flavor of the Italian spiced tomatoes.
