This is now my new favorite dressing. I absolutely love it. The only change I made was it needed a little mustard. But other than that it was brilliant.

Loved this....I halved the recipe and found it to be a really good balance between the vinegar and honey.....I only used 1 tblspn. on my Simple Spinach Salad (on this site) and found it to be perfect. Will make this again!
