  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Peel, core and cube the apples.
  2. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover the bottom with half of the bread cubes and then sprinkle on half of the apples. Repeat with the remaining bread and apples.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, cream, sugar, milk and cinnamon; beat well. Pour this mixture evenly over the bread cubes and apples.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve hot.

This recipe had a nice dense texture, but it was a little dry. The recipe says to pour the liquid mixture over the bread, but I ended up adding more cream and mixing it up to prevent over drynes...

Ive had bread pudding, and this is not my favorite, added much more liquid than reciepe called for , still on the dry side. I did use french bread , maybe that has something to do with it
