Original recipe yields 6 servings
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, salad dressing, mayonnaise, green onion, curry powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
- To the rice mixture, add the ham, cauliflower, peas, celery and radishes. Mix well and serve with sliced avocado or shredded lettuce.

"If you let this salad sit too long, the water will start to leach out of the veggies and the whole thing becomes really runny. I thought the taste of this salad was a little funny, but I forgot to ad..." See mored the french dressing. Either way, as first it tasted just fine, then after a day or two, it was yucky. Guess you have to have the french dressing to make a fair review, but overall, it wasn't that great."
