Original recipe yields 12 cakes

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and pecans (if desired). In a separate bowl, stir together milk, butter and egg. Add to the flour mixture and stir well.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

"Other than having to add more milk, the recipe halves nicely (used 1 egg).I didn't really get any "graham" taste. Don't wait until you see bubbles before turning them like you do with regular pancakes..." See more or they will be burnt. I would make these again."
