  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, stir in the garlic, and cook 1 to 2 minutes until soft but not browned. Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in the avocado until smooth, return to a simmer, and add the shrimp.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat just until the shrimp have turned opaque, 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper, and serve hot.

A new favorite! I used butter and olive oil, sauteed 3 green onions and garlic for a few mins. added about 3/4c. of half n half, some seasoned salt, like nature's seasoning, and then mashed up 3...

This was very simple and very tasty. I served the shrimp over herbed rice & drizzeled the sauce over the top. I then garnished with lime juice and green onions and accompanied it with fresh gree...

Turned out decent, but I had higher hopes. Actually a 3.5 star rating. Used extra garlic and avocado. Then right before I pulled it off the stove, I added cilantro, green onion, and lime juice.
