  1. Cut the block of cheese lengthwise in half (to make thinner pieces) and then into squares or triangles.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in small bowl. Dip the cheese pieces into this mixture. Coat moistened cheese thoroughly with bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes to firm up the breaded cheese.
  3. Heat oil in shallow pan to a medium-high temperature. Make sure the oil is only 1/2 way up the cheese squares. Pan fry the squares until they are lightly browned. Flip them only once. Drain on paper towels.

These turned out really greesy for me. I don't know if I did it right but even after draining them on paper towels they were still really oily and greesy. Also, sometimes the cheese would leak...

This was superb but for an appitizer it takes a long time to cook and it was also medim easy and i loved it.

Not very easy, but tasty enough to make them every once in a while. Before tasting, I vowed never to make these again, but one bite convinced me otherwise.

These were okay, but they all got stuck together during frying. I suggest frying them in very small batches.

It's absolutely cheesy.

Quick easy and delicious. Just make sure not to cook too long!

I refrigerated my pieces, if there is a next time I make these, I'll freeze them instead. They were way too greasy compared to restaurant versions or the ones you buy at the store. We ended up ...
