  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x3x5-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  3. Cut in peanut butter with a fork. Add egg and milk; stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert and remove loaf to cooling rack.

Very easy to make. I think it needs more peanut butter. Definitely enjoy with a glass of milk. =)

This bread was great! It wasn't too sweet, which I liked. And didn't crumble at all! I used crunchy peanut butter, which gave the bread something extra. I will be making this again!

this was crummy,my kids did not like it.

Yummy! I halfed the recipe and added more peanut butter then called for. It's a bit dry, but the flavor is great. I couldn't stop eating it!
