Ingredients

Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup JIF® Creamy Peanut Butter
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup milk

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x3x5-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Cut in peanut butter with a fork. Add egg and milk; stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert and remove loaf to cooling rack.

"This is a very nice, easy quick bread. I used brown sugar instead of reg because I was too lazy to get the regular sugar and the brown was closer. I also put the ingredients in backwards, I mixed th..." See moree pb, sugar, egg and milk all together first, then I added the dry ingredients. I also guess-timated the amount of peanut butter, 3 spoonfuls, I know it was close to the amound called for, just didn't want to dirty the measuring cup. I checked my bread at 50 min and it was done, so next time I'll make sure to check it at 45min first. I nearly ate half the loaf warm with butter and jam, I will definitely make this again."
