“Here's a fairly simple recipe for something different to do with cubed steak. It involves breading meat with bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, then combining it with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Serve over pasta with additional cheese. A real family pleaser!” - by MLT

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Dredge the meat in the crumbs.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the breaded meat in the oil, and saute for 5 to 10 minutes, or until well browned on both sides.
  3. Drain excess oil, and pour in the spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.

I then placed it all on a baking sheet and spread the spagetti sauce over it and baked for about 10 minutes then I added mozz cheese to top it all off, returned it to the oven and baked until the cheese had melted.
