  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Place croutons in zipper plastic bag. Close and crush with rolling pin until crumbs form.
  2. Dip chicken into egg. Coat with crumbs. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Spray chicken with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Spoon pasta sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.


  • Tip: *Or use your favorite Pepperidge Farm(R) croutons.
  • Great served with Pepperidge Farm(R) Texas Toast, spaghetti, green beans and Pepperidge Farm(R) cookies for dessert.

This was GREAT! I also added Parmesan cheese to the crushed croutons. I also put in a little garlic, Italian spices, and a touch of salt. I made it two days in a row!!

Excellent!! I did put on the sauce and cheese and put it back in for 7 minutes like some other comments. This will be made many more times.
