  1. Heat the sauce, 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, chicken and macaroni in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
  2. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • If you don't have cubed cooked chicken on hand, you can: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes in 2 batches and cook until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat. Add the sauce, macaroni and cheese to the skillet as directed above in Step 1.

Good, quick family recipe, but I found it needed seasoning (basil & oregano & a few tablespoons of good olive oil). I also added fresh sliced mushrooms in w/ the chicken after it was browned and then added it all to the sauce mixture.


a really nice skillet meal without that hamburger helper box and the salt that comes with it! I used crispy chicken for some texture and added it at the end. Kind of a chicken parm skillet.


This was really tasty and super easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. Delicious!!!!!!!!!
