Original recipe yields 4 servings



  1. Stir the stock, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 35 minutes or until it's cooked through, turning the chicken over halfway through cooking and brushing often with the stock mixture. Discard the remaining stock mixture.

Good flavors. I marinated the chicken in the broth mixture for a few hours. I ended up baking this because I don't have grill. I lined my baking pan with foil, put the chicken and the broth in the pan and baked it at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. It was so juicy and tender!

The chicken tasted wonderful!



Pretty delicious, and easy. I didn't have thyme, so I used a clove of garlic instead. It turned out great and was very moist. I will make this again for sure. I didn't have a grill, so I cooked it in a glass baking dish lined with foil (not sure if foil was necessary, I'm still new to this cooking thing) and it cooked all the way through 3 pieces of chicken in 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Good stuff!
