"I omitted the chicken, as I'm baking rosemary chicken to go with. I measured out two dry cups of elbow macaroni which I figured would be closer to servings for four people, as it's usually in half cup..." See more servings. I used half a red onion and increased the dressing by another 3/4 c. as the amount required wouldn't be enough once the pasta sits and soaks up some of the dressing. I used half zesty italian and half ranch, as that's what I had on hand. Smells great. "
