Based on a 2,000 calorie diet


  1. Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the linguine and broccoli well in a colander.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, cheese and black pepper in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey and linguine mixture and cook until it's hot and bubbling. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

I have made this recipe for several years. For extra flavor I use cream of chicken in the place of the mushroom soup. A little garlic salt and Italian seasoning make great improvements, also. I like this recipe mostly because it is quick and easy.
