Original recipe yields 4 servings
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Stir soup, water, paprika and black pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil.
- Stir rice and broccoli in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle additional paprika and black pepper over chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes. or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.

I used chicken broth (low sodium) in the rice in place of the water and used cream of chicken and roasted garlic soup. With all that, it was good and I'll make it again-would have been pretty bad without, I think. "

I also threw in 2 chicken boullion cubes and I think that helped with the flavor ALOT. next time i will use instant white rice and not brown i did not like the texture. After modifications GREAT comfort dish, my guests all wanted more!"
