Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder, broccoli and chicken into the skillet. Sprinkle with the cheese. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

This is absolutely delicious. My family thinks the meal is really good, but me personally, I love it.

A great easy and quick weeknight meal. My boys all loved it ( 1, 4, 7 and 40 years old). I used fresh ingrediants not pre-cooked or frozen. Therefore I fried the chicken with garlic and onions before I added the broccoli soup and fresh broccoli. Quite yummy and simply filling!
