Original recipe yields 4 servings

Directions

  1. Cook the beef, onion and chili powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
  2. Stir the soup, water, vinegar and beans in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve over the rice.

"First of all, the picture is wrong for this recipe, but anyways... For as quick and easy as this dish is, it really is yummy. I seasoned the meat really well with spices salt, pepper, garlic powder,..." See more etc and had to add another can of tomato soup. I also had to throw in a LOT more chili powder and cumin to give it flavor, and it was still no where near spicy, so definitely add according to your taste. This is more than worth the short time it takes for a quick and tasty dinner. "

In the last 10 minutes I added about a half cup of quick cook rice to soak up some of the liquids. This was super hearty and slightly on the spicy side but not too much."
