  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pie crust mix, peanut butter and brown sugar. Incorporate the water, one tablespoon at a time, while mixing gently. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place onto a cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

THIS WAS TERRIBLE, IT WAS TOO DRY AND DOES NOT HOLD TOGETHER WELL. AND EVEY ONE THOUGHT THEY WERE TOO BLAND.

These were no where near heaven. Too dry. I will stick with old fashioned PB cookies

I have to say these cookies turned out all right for me. I used a 9 oz box of mix, but the same amout of the other ingredients, slightly more water. And they were good, moist. They did fall apar...
