  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the butter, cinnamon, orange juice, eggs, salt, and liqueur. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix the pecans and brown sugar in a small bowl, and sprinkle evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
  3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until center is firm and edges are lightly browned.

Very easy to make and a nice taste. The southern comfort was only slightly detected and despite other comments I don't see why a child couldn't have a small portion.

All I can say is, "YUM!" The second time I made it, I cut down the butter by 1 Tblsp and cut the Southern Comfort in 1/2 and it was better for my taste. If you love sweet potatoes, you have to ...
