  1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
  2. Cook beef in nonstick skillet until browned, stirring often. Remove beef.
  3. Add soup, broth, water and onion. Heat to a boil. Stir in noodles. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until noodles are done, stirring often. Stir in yogurt. Return beef to skillet and heat through. Garnish with parsley.

This is an excellent dish. Tasty and convenient if you are short on time. Be sure to not over cook the beef, add back to the mixture at the last minute or it becomes quite tough.

Flavor was prett good, but consistency of the sauce needs work. Cooked the onions with the beef and substituted dried parsley for fresh. Substituted sour cream for yogurt. Even after doubling ...
