Based on a 2,000 calorie diet

  1. Stir the soup and salsa in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Cook the beef and onion in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir 1/2 cup soup mixture into the skillet. Cook until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.
  3. Heat the remaining soup mixture over medium heat until it's hot and bubbling.
  4. Place the chips onto a serving platter and top with the beef mixture. Spoon the soup mixture over the beef mixture. Top with the tomato and jalapeno pepper, if desired.

where doing this bro where making this hapen

This was very good. I only have a few suggestions. First I would put it in a bowl to make it a dip because the nachos were very soggy. Then I would add just a few things to the nachos like olives, green onions, bell peppers, black beans, oh and some taco seasoning mix to the hamburger.

These were better than I thought they would be. My boyfriend picked out this recipe and to be honest I didn't have high hopes for it at all. I was really surprised that it turned out as well as it did and I will sure to make this simple budget easy recipe again. Thanks
