Original recipe yields 6 servings

Directions

  1. Mix 1/2 cup stuffing and butter.
  2. Mix soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until hot.

I will make this again. The family and guest loved it. crunchy and creamy. I changed one thing I didn't have cream of anything soup so I used broccoli and cheese soup. Even the hubby who does not like spinach ate it and said he would eat it again without complaints :)
