  1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
  3. Add soup, water and pepper. Heat to a boil.
  4. Stir in rice and vegetables. Top with chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

my boyfriend ate the whole batch! I added some shredded cheese and garlic, but kept the rest the same, great!

Loved this recipe - it was super easy. I gave it 4 stars because it took longer than 15 minutes and the rice stuck big time to the bottom of the pan. I did add Italian seasoning to the soup mix ...

Excellent and easy! I have made this several times now. It is my new go-to when I am in the mood for something "normal" and easy!
