  1. Spray 2-quart shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of potatoes in prepared dish. Top with onion and remaining potatoes. Pour gravy over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.

This was okay, but there's definitely something missing. I used mushroom gravy since I'm vegetarian and ate with sour cream on the side. More seasonings would make it better.

Super Yummy! Made this with a roast beef dinner and was a huge hit! I used poutine gravy instead of the chicken gravy. Next time I want to replace the cheddar cheese with curds to make a scallop...

Reminded me of homemade scalloped potatoes. Very tasty and even the pickiest eaters will enjoy this one.

Family loved this one so much that they wished I had made more. I will be making this one again.

I used poutine gravy. It was sooooo yummy.....everyone loved it........Its a keeper
