  1. Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Put the potatoes, cinnamon and ginger in an electric mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until almost smooth. Add the broth and beat until potatoes are fluffy. Spoon the potato mixture in the prepared dish. Top with the marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through and marshmallows are golden brown.

This was rather soupy. If I made it again, I would cut back on the broth and add a little brown sugar and some more of the spices. It was kind of bland.

Flavor was okay, but it didn't turn out well. The marshmallows disintigrated and the mixture was too thin.

Easy and delicious! This turned out perfect, I followed the directions exactly and it was amazing, I will definitely make it again. Perfect for a holiday gathering, and so simple to make!

Very simple and delicious. Something that you can prepare, put in the casserole dish, and then heat up later.

this was a fantastic recipe although i did use fresh sweet potatoes which i cooked and mashed. had to make it for a potluck friendsgiving for more than eight people so i guessed about measuremen...
