Original recipe yields 1 - 9 inch pie
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
- Place eggs, salt, pumpkin, sugar, melted butter, baking mix, evaporated milk, and water in a blender. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into greased pie pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until set in center.

"this was the worst pie I have ever made. my family had many laughs about this. thank goodness that i had excellent apple, chocolate, and pecan pies to redeem myself.they sent it home with me due to "i..." See morensuffucient quality". at least it provided many jokes throughout the day. good thing i am not sensitive! they referred to it as my pumpkin jello mold, my squash delight, no crust pumpkin mush, and so on.. do not ever make this!!!!!!!!"
