  1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet; cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Place the bananas cut side down and cook one minute. Flip with a spatula and cook an additional minute. Drain the banana slices on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with bacon.

I love anything with bacon and I think warm/cooked/fried bananas are a delicious treat. I added 1 Tbsp of brown sugar to the bacon grease and stirred until it dissolved before I placed the banan...

I thought this recipe was pretty good. Let the bananas cool down a bit and sprinkle on a little bit of powdered sugar.

We were not impressed:( It was the weird taste of the fried bananas...almost perfume like.

I personally didn't think this recipe was very good. i do not recommend it.
