  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl combine the beans, macaroni, sausage, onion, tomatoes, parsley, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and spread mixture in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

This recipe is easy, the flavors are right on, and has the potential to be delicious. I learned 4 things: (1) do check your diced tomatoes to be sure they aren't canned in balsamic vinegar - ew...

this was good! i doubled the recipe..only using one can of KIDNEY beans..used italian sweet sausage..1 Tbsp. of DRIED parsley instead of the pepper flakes instead of the cayenne..and...
