  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Line a 10x15 inch cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Tip
  • Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.

I tried a variation on the preparation. I peeled the sweet potato with a potato peeler, then cut the raw potato into medallion slices, maybe 1/8" thick. I laid these out in a single layer in a g...

Yummy like candy! I used I Can't Belive It's Not Butter spray (0 calories) and Splenda Brown Sugar.

Very easy to make and tastey! Used brown sugar instead of white sugar. Boiled the potatoes instead of microwaving them.

We love this. Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the sugar and mix together. I use Olivio buttery spray instead of butter which makes it easy and better on the waisteline.

Easy and Yummy - thanks for sharing!

Very quick and easy to prepare and very tasty too!

Really good. We aren't a big sugar family so I used a little sea salt and butter instead. Came out great!

It was very quick and easy to make. Great snack for all to enjoy if one has a sweet tooth.
