  1. Mix together salmon, bread, onion, all-purpose flour, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into four patties.
  2. In a large skillet heat oil over high heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes. Drain briefly on paper towels before serving.

Excellent and with such simple ingredients. I always make this with leftover salmon, not a fan of canned fish. I just double the ingredients if I have more salmon. A nice variation is to saute...

This was really good, but I was surprised to see that nobody else had the same problem as I did. I didn't drain the salmon and my mixture was like soup. I ended up having to add an extra table...

This was a very easy recipe. Also, we don't eat fried foods so I just broiled it in the oven. It was great!
