Original recipe yields 4 servings

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in 12-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until onion is tender; drain if desired. Stir in chili powder and cook 30 seconds. Stir in beans and Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Evenly top hot potatoes with ground beef mixture. Garnish, if desired, with diced avocado, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.

Quick and easy. Yes, it could probably benefit from some veggies like peppers or whatnot, but for a quick, easy dinner, it's great. I subbed already cooked pulled pork for the ground beef, which made it even faster. This recipe modifies well and it's tasty. Thanks for the recipe!
