Small taco sandwich (finger food). I use fat-free cream cheese and sour cream, it's delicious and light! You can add any vegetables or hot peppers that you'd like to the cream cheese mixture, to layer between the tortillas. Vegetables add an extra crunch. Serve with salsa to dip into.

Directions

  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix in taco seasonings. Layer mixture onto tortillas; stack the tortillas 5 high, with the mixture layered between them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
  2. All done! Now take a photo, rate it, and share your accomplishments!

I ended up throwing most of these out. Made it as listed and didn't add anything so maybe that was my mistake. Very bland and consistency mushy.

I did not care for this recipe. you have to add your meat but than its just like a taco
