  1. Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch slices. Toss in a bowl with Italian dressing.

Very Good!! I just halved the zucchini lengthwise, and added some salt and pepper after grilling. Cutting it the long way really saved on time, plus made it easier to move on and off the grill...
