  1. Combine chicken, dressing, red onions, cheese and parsley in small bowl.
  2. Place 3 lettuce leaves on toast. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken salad. Garnish with tomatoes if desired.

Not bad for a quick and easy lunch. I made this into a wrap sandwich vs. using bread and added the optional tomato. I served this with a side of fresh fruit.

I tried it on 12 grain bread. It was pretty good.

It didn't turn out as I expected. The salad dressing overpowered the output. It was OK, but I don't think I'll use this recipe again.

My whole family including my 2 & 1 year nieces. I use Newman's creamy Caesar.
