  1. Fill 2 tall glasses half full with ice. Pour 2 ounces of rum in each. Fill the glasses with fresh coconut-pineapple juice. Stir and enjoy the sunset.

Love it. Add a extra ounce of rum and a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg on top (some add a splash of grenadine too) and you have what call a painkiller!
