  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow baking dish combine the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.

Delicious! Keep it warm or eat it quickly. Otherwise you will have a lumpy funny looking dish on your hands.

Pretty good, but not a whole lot of flavor... needs salt for sure! But also, I think next time I'll put some roasted garlic in it.

I added cream cheese and garlic, omitted the almonds. Tasty with crackers! I will make it again.
