Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Mix the cocoa powder, vegetable oil, and water together in a bowl. Stir the stevia and sugar into the mixture. Pour the soy milk and vanilla into the mixture and stir. Add the flour and baking powder; continue stirring until the batter is smooth.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 35 minutes.

"These are delicious! They are moist and have an intense chocolate taste. I omitted the stevia and they were sweet enough. There wasn't enough batter to pour in a 9x13" pan though, so I just used a 8x8..." See more" pan. I cooked only 20 min, since by then, the batter was pulling away from the pan and a toothpick inserted in the center came out clean."

It p..." See morerobably would've been good if I used half the (concentrate) stevia, no sugar, and about 1/2 C. honey, then maybe sprinkle the top with powdered sugar. I hope this helps. (please do not double the stevia - BAD IDEA)"
