  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper. Add the cabbage, carrot, green onions and radishes and stir until well-combined. Chill at least an hour before serving.

Great!!! Brought this camping and served at a potluck at the campground, everyone wanted the recipe. We like our coleslaw a little sweet so I added apprx 1/4 sugar.

I made this recipe b/c of the great reviews it received. However I was sorely disappointed. The amount of cumin was way too overpowering. I think this recipe can have a few overhauls in the spi...
