  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Neufchatel cheese, sugar, and milk. Mix thoroughly until well blended and smooth. Gently combine the frozen whipped topping and vanilla with the mixture. Serve chilled.

I had some pound cake in the freezer that needed to be eaten, so I thought let's try was amazing. I love this recipe. Didn't change a thing. Will definately make again. Thanks for the post.

This turned out great. I used a whole 8 oz. block of cream cheese and let the cream cheese get up to temp just a bit, then folded in the other ingredients. The milk isn't really necessary, if you plan on serving it right away. I served it with gingersnaps and sliced apples. Very good.


I made this for my Sister's baby shower. It was a hit, i made it more as a sweet appetizer than a dessert, but it can be used as either. i also added a drop of almond extract and it made just a little more delicious. Try this one, its easy, quick and cool!
