  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until brown. Drain and crumble.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine sausage, onion, tomato sauce, water, black and green olives, pepper, soy sauce, chili powder and beans. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.

Nice combination of ingredients , except instead of just any 'spicy ' sausage , try Chorizo , this is a spicy mexican sausage , and for the beans , try 'Brooks' hot chili beans ... these two ing...

Great flavor and so easy too. I used 2 lbs of pork chorizo instead of the sausage. I used 2 cans of tom sauce and 1 can of diced tomatoes. I used cannelini (white kidney beans) 2 cans, instead ...

This chili is great! but i added more beans, it was a hit and will be made again!
