Original recipe yields 16 servings

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk and dry pudding mixes. Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
  2. NOW, YOU CHOOSE!
  3. BOWL: Line bottom and side of 2-1/2-qt. bowl with half the wafers; drizzle with half the coffee. Top with half the pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and raspberries. Refrigerate several hours.
  4. PAN: Line bottom of 13x9-inch pan with half the wafers; drizzle with half the coffee. Top with half the pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and raspberries. Refrigerate several hours.
  5. PARFAITS: Place 1 wafer on bottom of each of 16 dessert dishes; drizzle each with 3/4 tsp. coffee. Top each with 1/4 cup pudding mixture and a sprinkle of chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with remaining COOL WHIP, raspberries and wafers. Refrigerate several hours.

"Served this at a dinner party and it was a hit! I changed the following: used 1 package of cheesecake pudding and 1 package of vanilla pudding. Also, both puddings were low fat/low sugar. Used non-f..." See moreat milk. I didn't have a grater so I just grounded up the chocolate. Lastly I used strawberries instead of raspberries. Next time I will probably add more coffee and vanilla wafers as I felt there were not enough. Otherwise, still tasted AWESOME! Lastly I also placed it in a dessert bowl and it looked beautiful. Next time I will be sure to take a picture."

I've made this several times and its always a hit at dinner parties. Coffee liquor is also a nice touch if you drizzle the wafers with it either in place of or along with brewed coffee. I debated giving this one a full 5 stars only because it is just slightly similar to the original tiramisu."
