"I'm rating this recipe for what it is: a creamy chocolate fix in less than 10 minutes with 2 or 3 ingredients. Delish! I used the Extra Creamy variety of Cool Whip for a better flavor. A few words of ..." See morecaution: if you use milk chocolate instead of dark or bittersweet, it will be so sugary that your teeth will rot away before you even finish your dish. And as with any recipe like this, just make sure you temper your chocolate with a small amount of Cool Whip so you end up with a smooth and blended mousse instead of hardened flecks of chocolate throughout.
