  1. Combine shrimp, 2 tablespoons lime juice, garlic and salt in large bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, blend sour cream, remaining 1 teaspoon lime juice, hot pepper sauce and lime peel in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Remove shrimp from marinade, discarding marinade. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. To serve, arrange shrimp and prepared Knorr(R) Fiesta Sides(TM) - Spanish Rice on a serving platter. Serve with sour cream mixture, lime wedges and sprinkle with cilantro.

Loooooved this! Found myself with fresh limes and shrimp and of course garlic (an Italian thing) so decided to tackle it. Have got to say that if you have delicate taste buds you may not like ...

Loved the shrimp, but I did change it a bit. I added garlic olive oil to the marinade and a little lime fajita seasoning. YUM. I also added some cilantro to the sour cream and made Mexican Rice ...

Excellent!! My whole family loved it! The sour cream mixture is what makes it amazing, don't leave that part out :)
