Directions
- Combine shrimp, 2 tablespoons lime juice, garlic and salt in large bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend sour cream, remaining 1 teaspoon lime juice, hot pepper sauce and lime peel in small bowl; set aside.
- Remove shrimp from marinade, discarding marinade. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. To serve, arrange shrimp and prepared Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice on a serving platter. Serve with sour cream mixture, lime wedges and sprinkle with cilantro.

"Loooooved this! Found myself with fresh limes and shrimp and of course garlic (an Italian thing) so decided to tackle it. Have got to say that if you have delicate taste buds you may not like it, bu..." See moret I love robust flavors so it fits my tastes. Followed the recipe close but when it came to arranging it on Spanish rice- no urge there so used it as a topping for baked potatoes and to keep the tomato in it tossed in a small handful of grape tomatoes that I split and sautéed in pepper oil. This is a dish you have to make your own, but when you do, it will be something to come back to again and again."
