  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix honey barbeque sauce, barbeque sauce, butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and water as needed. Cook 10 minutes, or until butter is melted.

This is good, but the name is misleading. It's more of a TX or KC type sauce than traditional NC barbecue.

This is o.k. It's like what you would find more in Western NC. We use a tomato based sauce.
