Directions

  1. Mix soup, orange juice, soy, oil and ginger in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Thread shrimp on 6 long skewers.
  3. Grill kabobs 10 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade.
  4. Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with shrimp.

i tried this with cooked prawns and it wasn't too bad.next time i'll use green prawns to let the flavours infuse.very tasty.
