Original recipe yields 4 servings

Directions

  1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef.
  3. Add remaining oil. Add broccoli, onion and garlic and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Add soup, water and soy. Heat to a boil. Return beef to skillet and heat through. Serve over egg noodles.

Easy and Delicious! I have been making this recipe for years. My family eats it served over rice. So Good!!

Very yummy :) More like a beef/brocolli stroganoff versus traditional beef and brocolli. I used 1 large clove of fresh garlic in place of garlic powder. I also used low fat cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of brocolli. I also added 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms when sauteeing onions and garlic. Husband and 3 year old loved it!
