“I like to serve this drink during sunset as an aperitif to my guests because my apartment's balcony faces the sea -- hence the name. It's easy to make and high in vitamin C!”

I made just one serving of this to try it out. I didn't have any grenadine syrup, so I had to leave that out. Very nice and light, and not too sweet. This would be a great brunch drink.
