Original recipe yields 2 cups

Directions

  1. Place the whitefish, mayonnaise, tartar sauce, lemon juice, cream, hot pepper sauce, and black pepper into a food processor. Pulse until smooth, then scrape into a mixing bowl. Stir in the onion, celery, capers, and dill. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Wonderful recipe. My reasoning for the 4 star is the capers & dill.I made the recipe two ways. One without capers & dill. The one without the capers & dill seemed to be the favorite of the room. Most felt those ingredients actually overpowered the flavor. I will try again with a less amount of dill. I don't get the capers.
